Research Focus

  • The lab focuses on social, emotional, and cognitive development in early childhood and preschool period. The lab hosts research in the areas of socio-emotional development in preschoolers, cultural differences in emotion expression and emotion regulation in early childhood, home and daycare chaos, working memory development between 24-36 months, and children’s language acquisition processes.
